As a founder of 2Xchange, Mr. Gerometta has worked in tandem with Mr. Meade in developing the Company's business model, systems and strategy. As vice president of planning, Mr. Gerometta will continue to develop and oversee the Company's strategic planning and growth as a member of the executive management team. In April 1999, Mr. Gerometta, together with Mr. Meade, founded Sitevisions.com, a provider of website design and related e-commerce services. Prior to Sitevisions.com, Mr. Gerometta was president and operating director of RPG and Associates, Inc., an information systems and management consulting firm with experience in management, work flow, paper and electronic forms and enterprise computing. Mr. Gerometta's thirty-year career began with the City of New York, where he moved from a systems analyst to commissioner of the Department of Records and Information. Subsequently, has been an operations manager, CEO, CFO and CIO for firms in the insurance and health care industries. He has owned and managed three separate consulting firms providing service to major corporations in both New York and Chicago. Currently, Mr. Gerometta is a member of the American Management Association, the International Foundation of Benefit Plans and the Business Forms Management Association, where he has been president of both the New York and Chicago Chapters. In the past, he has been an active member of ARMA, AIIM and IRMA. Mr. Gerometta has been published in the American Management Association and the Business Forms Management Association. He has testified before Congress on the Freedom of Information Act, the Paperwork Reduction Act and on Healthcare Reform. Mr. Gerometta also wrote the enabling legislation for the Department of Records and Information of the City of New York. He has spoken in front of many professional associations, with topics, such as, "How to Organize your Office," "How to be a Boss," "The Forms Profession and the New Technology," and "Paper or Electronic Forms - Why?"
